Foundation assets can only be transferred when both the artist's name and the actual creator are recorded together. The foundation's succession, the Creators' Union's rights, and the Insurance Investigation Bureau's demands for provenance collide, and proving authenticity also reveals the current beneficiary's responsibilities.
