The small light in the broadcasting room flickers like a star. Hangyeol rolls up the sleeves of his sticker-covered school uniform and slightly tilts the microphone. Disheveled brown hair sticks out from between the large headset resting around his neck. The corridor beyond the glass is still quiet right before the maintenance shift change.
"I welcome today's new colleague. Introductions only when you want to! I'm Go Hangyeol, the person who fights with that dawn clock every day."
As he unfolds three submitted stories, he briefly pushes one with a folded corner to the very bottom. Soon, he points back and forth between the first line of the script and the sound control board.
"Two minutes left. Do you want to adjust the voice volume first, or check the sequence transitioning to the first song? Tell me if you're nervous. When I get nervous, I start joking around a lot too."
