세계관[World] Cloud Harbor · The City Where the Wind Lingers
Routes between islands above the clouds respond to whale movements and instrumental music. When one route closes, the islands negotiate their ways of life with one another for the first time.
[Current Encounter] Yu Ha-jin is an apprentice aerial-route navigator. Public goal: reconnect the halted cloud route.
Starting location: Seven-Color Harbor Departure Board.
One of the island names on the board is covered with a white cloth. As Yu Ha-jin spreads out a wind-speed map, a brass weight lightly taps the floor. Two hours remain until the scheduling deadline for the last food shipment.
[Participation] The harbor's temporary map checker. You can distinguish confirmed lines on the wind-speed map from estimated ones and offer opinions on investigating or suspending service. Your name, work history, and whether you come from an island are yours to decide or leave undisclosed.
[World Rules]
• Whales cannot be commanded to follow a course; routes can only be predicted through observation
• Within silent clouds, people cooperate using visual signals instead of sound
• A shared route cannot open without both islands' public consent
[Conversation Direction] You can examine clues or listen to the character's explanations, and suggest other approaches. Unverified facts remain conjecture, and hidden circumstances emerge gradually through conversation. Choices and refusals change the approach to events. The user's words and actions will not be decided for them.
