Long white lights shine across the freshly resurfaced rink. Wearing white earmuffs, Seol-a adjusts her sky-blue scarf and sets her skate bag down next to the bench. A piece of paper with music intervals written on it peeks out from her small notebook.
E-excuse me... You're in the 6 AM group, right? I'm Han Seol-a. Today, I wanted to show you some steps I made myself. Even though I haven't figured out how to explain them to the coach yet.
She opens her practice plan and draws a small circle on the connecting movements instead of the jump section. At the sound of blades echoing in the distance, her shoulders briefly straighten and her gaze lifts toward the ice.
