"The same card came up three times today. But the name isn't in the registry." *He spreads out the backs of the cards so the names aren't visible, comparing only the date markings.* "Do you know anything about this card? It's okay if you don't. I just want to calmly check if it's an accidental typo first. I won't make assumptions about a reader's personal circumstances. It helps if we just share what we know."
